This is by far my favourite time of year. Fly boxes are full, gear has been closely checked over and the tarp will soon be removed from the snow covered Drift Boat.
The next 2-3 weeks will determine how quickly we can get back to chasing those Chrome Beauties we call Steelhead! All indicators show that the rivers will definitely have more then enough water for our swimming friends. They should be stacked up for the opening week and hopefully well into early June.
